    If serious, you caramelize the actual onion. Theres no moisture in the peels.

    You need to turn up the gas to the highest setting and just add the peels no Onion

    if you boil the paper parts long enough, you can use the colourful water to dye your easter eggs.

    You need to cook them slower, they are cooking to fast and drying out. Its a common problem don’t let it get you down. Just soak them overnight in clean water and try again.
